Development news in the City of St. Louis
From Mayor Slay’s blog, new developments in St. Louis City neighborhoods:
- City Planning Commission rezoned the Commerce Bank site on South Grand Avenue between Juniata and Hartford.
- A “Habitat for Neighborhood Business” incubator for retail and service businesses owned and operated by neighborhood residents will be located on Dr. Martin Luther King Drive. Developers include Saint Louis University’s Smurfit-Stone Center for Entrepreneurship, elected officials in the 4th Ward, and the St. Louis Development Corporation.
- Middendorf Meat is planning an expansion of its facility in the 3700 block of North Broadway with an 11,000 sq. ft. refrigerated area.
- Bruce Mills is moving forward with a major $50 million mixed use development on N. Euclid.
(I guess you can call that a blog…but where are the public comments?)
