Navy selects Walton Construction St. Louis for “green” barracks project
The Department of the Navy-Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southeast has selected Walton Construction St. Louis as general contractor on the new $25.3 million Parris Island Barracks Complex in Parris Island, South Carolina. Working with Walton Construction New Orleans and architect VOA Associates Incorporated, Walton St. Louis is scheduled to begin construction in January 2009, with completion targeted for November 2010.
