Girls can't resist a married guy

EVER wondered why Angelina ended up with Brad or why Sienna is seen stepping out with a string of married men?

Well science could hold the answer.

A fresh report has revealed that females – whether single or taken – just can’t help but feel drawn in by a man who has already been snapped up.

In an experiment where 100 American university students were shown snapshots of men – results showed that most girls were attracted to those who were already hitched.

Researchers at Oklahoma University say that when the ladies were shown a picture of the same man, he received four times as much interest when he was off the market than when he was presented as a bachelor.

But why did Angelina fall for co-star Brad with the throngs of men she could no doubt take her pick of?

Did the brunette beauty have a vendetta against rival actress Jennifer Aniston or did she simply like the challenge?

Well according to experts, the answer is neither.

It emerged that women had set their sights on the 'married' man as they were a safe and sensible option.

Writing in the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, the researchers said: 'Single women in this study were significantly more interested in the man when he was attached.

'This may be because an attached man has demonstrated his ability to commit and in some ways his qualities have already been "pre-screened" by another woman.'
