Back to School Drive
The Saint Louis Crisis Nursery is sponsoring a "Back to School Drive" to ensure that children have the supplies they need. Donations are accepted at each of the five Crisis Nursery locations until Sept. 15. And Big Dawg School House collection bins sponsored by 92.3 WIL will be at metro Shop 'n Save locations until Aug. 15.
The Crisis Nursery's list of requested items includes: new backpacks, sneakers, socks, underwear, khaki pants, white collared shirts, school uniforms, fall clothing and store gift cards. School supplies such as binders, notebooks, calculators, loose-leaf paper, pens, pencils, markers, crayons and colored pencils are also needed.
