Saint Louis University campus. The architect on the project is Mahanta Associates of St. Louis.
The project includes renovation of laboratory space, classrooms and offices in the four-story building. The project began in July and is expected to be completed by mid-December.
“The timeframe on the project was challenging,” said Abby Spurgeon, Kwame Constructors project manager. “We completed six laboratories in six weeks for phase one. Our team, in coordination with Saint Louis University, worked around classes and existing facilities to complete the construction of the new research and teaching laboratories during the restricted time frame for phase one.”
