Fifth Vantage Credit Union Branch Completed by Kwame Building Group

ST. LOUIS, MO – Construction is complete on the East St. Louis Vantage Credit Union at 13 Collinsville Ave. Kwame Building Group provided construction management services on the one-level, 6,300-square-foot business project, which was completed on time and within budget. The architect was Arcturis.

“KWAME was my eyes and ears on the jobsite,” said Debbie Nelson, vice president of Vantage Credit Union. “Because of their knowledge and experience, they gave us the ability to keep our change orders to a minimum, while keeping the overall project under budget.”

The East St. Louis Vantage Credit Union branch features two drive-up teller lanes, an onsite ATM, night depository, internet café and a coin-counting machine. This is the fifth Vantage Credit Union project on which KWAME has served as construction manager.

“We know how important budget and schedule are to businesses and once again, we’re happy to say we finished on time and within budget,” said Dave Sampl, vice president of the KWAME financial services group.
