Phase I of the MRP Business Center at Fort Leonard Wood Complete

FORT LEONARD WOOD, MO – The MRP Business Center, the first building at the University of Missouri Technology Park at Fort Leonard Wood has completely filled Phase I, an 8,000-square-foot space consisting of 11 offices. Phase II of the project is 5,000 square feet and features 18 offices and team rooms and is 50 percent occupied. Construction of the 5,000-square-foot Phase III, which includes another 18 offices and team rooms, was recently completed. MRP Business Center tenants include:
- Advancia Corporation – Specializes in program and project management, engineering, management and training.
- Anteon – Provides information technology and advanced engineering services to government clients.
- AT Taxes – A bookkeeping, accounting, payroll and tax service company, primarily serving military clients.
- Battelle – Focuses on developing new technologies and products in industry and government.
- Camber Corporation – Provides responsive support to customers across the United States on technical, programmatic and operations issues.
- Case – Works with the post Engineer School in construction equipment procurement, support and training
- Center for Environmental Science and Technology (C.E.S.T.) – Research operation involving obscurants and sensors.
- Defense Products Marketing – Shared business development and contract management office.
- ESSI – Works with the Engineer and Chemical Schools on power generation, petroleum and water programs, and modular laboratory equipment.
- Fort Leonard Wood Regional Commerce and Growth Association – Not-for-profit organization comprised of local and county government, school district, utilities and business representatives to foster growth and development of the Fort Leonard Wood region.
- High Tech Crime Institute – Provides local, state and federal law enforcement members with the tools and knowledge to target, investigate and convict cyber criminals.
- Osh Kosh Truck Corporation – Works with the Engineer and Chemical Schools concerning tactical truck programs and applicable mission modules carried on those vehicles.
- Pendulum Management – A management team with expertise in asset recognition/reuse capability and value creation.
- Sentel Corporation – Engineering services company that develops, tests, implements and supports technology that improves defense and communications.
- Titan Corporation – A leading provider of comprehensive information and communication systems solutions and services to the Department of Defense, intelligence agencies and other federal government customers.
- Trimble – Works with the Engineer School on GPS, laser leveling devices, surveying lasers and training.
- University of Missouri – Rolla – Liaison office to develop stronger relationships between the college and Fort Leonard Wood.
Approximately 7,200 square feet of the building is shared space, with facilities such as a café, reception area, conference room and copy center available to all tenants.
Located at the Technology Park at Fort Leonard Wood, the MRP Business Center is a fully furnished, staffed and equipped office center for businesses, agencies and organizations that support and enhance the missions, activities and goals of Fort Leonard Wood. The MRP Business Center features private and virtual offices, team rooms, conference and training spaces and support services in a professional and confidential environment.
