Three promoted at Walton Construction St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO – Walton Construction St. Louis has recently promoted three employees.
Tom Kaiman of Chesterfield, Missouri was promoted to vice president of operations. He previously was the operations manager in the St. Louis division. In his new position, Kaiman oversees multiple large commercial projects and acts as a lead member in the planning and preconstruction of multiple industrial projects. He also handles personnel issue, contract compliance and financial and safety oversight of current projects. Kaiman recently earned LEED AP certification.
Steven Frisbee of Manchester, Missouri was promoted to manager of facilities and administration. He previously was a contract administrator. In his new position, Frisbee works with Walton’s corporate national property and assets manager to develop policies and procedures related to facility management, fleet management, office equipment and small tools. He also oversees the day-to-day administrative functions of the St. Louis division.
Nathan Wever of St. Charles, Missouri was promoted to assistant project manager. He previously was a project engineer on the Ameristar project. In his new position, Wever assists with contracts, project budgets, scheduling and material procurement. Wever recently earned LEED AP certification.
