ST. LOUIS, MO – Tara Merli of St. Charles, Missouri has been promoted to contract administrator at Walton Construction St. Louis. She has been with Walton for over four years and previously was an administrative assistant. In her new position, Merli manages the contract and change order process, and tracks certificates of insurance, payment and performance bonds.
